CFR EA$Y MONEY CHALLENGE

CrossFit Reviver “EA$Y MONEY CHALLENGE”

WODs:

CrossFit Total: You get 3 attempts to find your 1RM Back Squat, Deadlift and Press.  Your score is total weight.

CF Olympic Total: You get 3 attempts to find your 1RM Clean, Jerk and Snatch.  Your score is total weight.

Cindy: 20 Min AMRAP of: 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats.

Fran: 21-15-9 Reps of: Thrusters 95/65 and Pull Ups.

4k Row: Row 4,000m for time.

**You are responsible for completing the WOD of your choice on Sunday 10/9 (during Open Gym), Thursday 10/13 (during class time) or Sat 10/15 (before group classes start at 11AM).  You must inform us of when you are going to complete your WOD.  We will retest during the week of Dec. 11 – 17.**

How can I insure I improve on my WOD?…If you consistently complete 4-5 WODs per week you WILL see improvements.  Want to step up your game and really get results?…Take advantage of Thursday and Sunday to work on your weaknesses/WOD.

Additional Info:

  • Weeks will be measured from Sunday – Saturday
  • WOD/Food Journals must be presented between Sunday and Saturday for the prior week
  • Your $25 entry fee can be won back by earning 130 points (200 points available)
