In Teams of 2 complete the following:

For Time:

800m Partner Run Backwards

50 Partner Wall Ball Throws

50 Partner Squats

50 Med Ball Throws into a Push Up

50 Overhead Walking Lunges

50 Flutter-kicks (4-count) over med ball

800m Partner Run Forward

*All movements are done with a medicine ball 20/14lbs*
