Team WOD

In teams of 2:

5 Mins:  Deadlift for total weight (each team will select 1 weight and complete as many reps as possible in 5 mins for total weight)

3k Run (will be done relay style in increments of 200m or 400m)

5 Mins:  Press for total weight (each team will select 1 weight and complete as many reps as possible in 5 mins for total weight)
