Team WOD

In Teams of 2 complete 6 rounds of:

15 Wall Balls

15 Ball Slams

15 Kb Swings 24/16

15 Goblet Squats 24/16

**Partner A will start on the 15 Wall Balls and get 1 minute to complete the work.  Once they are done, Partner B will do as many lateral stick jumps as possible in the remaining time (12″/6″).  Once the minute is up Partner A will start on Ball Slams.  This will continue for 4 minutes (1 minute at each station) and then partners will switch.  You will repeat for a total of 6 rounds and your score will be total stick jumps.**
