Back Squats / Weighted Pull Ups

1. Back Squat

10 Sets:

2 reps EMOM 65-75% (focus on speed)

 

2. Weighted Pull-Ups

3-3-2-2-1-1

 

Christmas hours: normal saturday, CLOSED sunday, 12:30pm,3:30-5:30pm monday
