2.  AMRAP 10 Mins:

1 Hang Power Snatch

2 Hang Power Snatch (must be unbroken)

3 Hang Power Snatch (must be unbroken)

**We will record both load and rounds completed.  You will do 1 HPS and set the bar down.  Once you pick it up you must do 2 HPS unbroken and then set the bar down.  When you pick it up again you must to 3 HPS unbroken, this will complete 1 round.**


**The Paleo Challenge begins next Sunday.  We will have the fat testing done this Sat from 10-1.  If you know you’re going to commit to this challenge you can sign up any time this week at the box.  Let us know if you have any questions.**
