For athletes not competing in the Open:

AMRAP 7mins:

3 Thrusters 100/65
3 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
6 Thrusters 100/65
6 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
9 Thrusters 100/65
9 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

continue this pattern for as long as possible in 7 minutes

For athletes competing in the Open:

1.  7min AMRAP @ 80%
10 Sit Ups
10 Lunges
2.  7min Row @ 75%
3.  Prep for 12.5

Dr. Ayesha wants everyone to perform their very best on our final Open WOD, so she is opening her doors Saturday morning for FREE A.R.T. treatment at BodyWorks in Clawson.  She will perform WOD specific treatment to make sure you crush the last WOD.  Sign up for a 10 minute time slot at the gym (there are only 6 spots so sign up quick).  She will also bring her table here for post-workout treatment…this is strictly A.R.T., there will be no chiropractic adjustments.  THANK YOU Ayesha!
