*Must be Squat Clean and Split Jerk.  Percentage based off of 1RM from 5/22/12
*15 Burpee penalty for every miss…performed after 5mins is up.

2.  AMRAP 10mins:

5 Box Jumps 24/20
5 T2B
5 KB Swings 24/16
