50m Single Arm Farmers Walk *25m Right arm, 25m Left arm

AMRAP 5mins:

Wall Balls 20/14 *other person holds chin over bar

AMRAP 5mins:

Deadlifts 45-50% *other person holds plank

800m Run w/ med ball overhead

*rest :30 b/w AMRAPs and Run
