Congratulations to everyone who PR’d yesterday on their Clean & Jerk!  Your hard work over the last few weeks has paid off.  If you’re someone who has been very consistent and did not see the improvement you wanted please do not get discouraged.  The Oly Lifts take time to develop, keep working hard and the PR’s will begin piling up!
