Run 4k *we will be warming up in the gym, then make our way to the Clinton River Trail for the run
We are going to train for the next 4-6 weeks to improve our running/endurance and we will re-test this. Please try to make it in so you have a time to re-test in a few weeks. Please hydrate and bring a water bottle!!

Congratulations to our Athlete of the Month for August…Apey Terbrack! Apey has been a member at CFR since we opened nearly one year ago. She has been one of the most consistent members and it shows in her improvements. She has lost body weight, gained endurance and increased her lifts tremendously. Please be sure to congratulate her next time you see her practicing Double Unders in the gym!
