1.  20mins:  Use the first 15mins to find a 3RM Deadlift.  If you accomplish this, use the last 5mins to get in 1-3 heavy singles.

2.  For Time:

15 Deadlifts @ 55% of 3RM
30 Wall Balls 20/14
12 Deadlifts
24 Wall Balls
9 Deadlifts
18 Wall Balls
