2.  30 Push Jerks @70% *perform 6 Jumping Lunges every time the bar drops

3.  2rds:  Shuttle Sprint 10m/20m/30m  *sprint the way out, jog backwards back

4.  2rds:  50′ Bear Crawl + 25m Sprint
