In Teams of 2, rest 1min b/w AMRAPs:

AMRAP 6mins:

10 DB Shoulder to Overhead *partner holds bottom of squat

AMRAP 6mins:

8 Chin Ups  *partner holds Handstand

AMRAP 6mins:

Mountain Climbers  *partner runs 100m

AMRAP 3mins:

Med-Ball toss over box 30/24  *if ball touches ground both partners perform 3 Box Jumps
