1a.  4×2 Pull ups, rest :30
1b.  4×4 Seated BB Press, rest :60

2.  Death by 10m 

*perform 1 10m sprint during the first minute, 2 during the second, 3 during the third, etc.  Continue until you are unable to perform the required number of sprints in the given minute.
