Today we honor the victims and their families of the tragic events that occurred on September 11, 2001 by doing a team WOD.  We will work in pairs and each person will perform the following in a “follow the leader” fashion.

Please don’t forget the purpose of workouts like these…even though no workout could even come close to compare to what the people of those terrorists attacks went through, we could at least suffer for a few minutes on this day to honor them.

For Time:

2001m Run (alternating 200m)
11 Clapping Push Ups
11 Box Jumps 30/24
11 Strict Pull Ups
11 Wall Balls 20/14 – AHAP
11 KB Swings 32/24
11 Burpees
11 T2B
11 DB Deadlifts
11 DB Front Squats
