Teams of 3

1. 8min AMRAP Man Makers

(1 on MM, 1 Holds med ball over head, 1 rest)

2. 6min AMRAP Wall balls

(1 on WB, 1 on hangs from bar, 1 rest)

3. 4min AMRAP med ball tosses

(all 3 sit on floor in triangle and pass med ball, rotate direction each minute. If it touches floor or legs all 3 must do 5 burpees)
