Notes:  Complete the 75 Wall Balls and with the time remaining climb the ladder of KB Swings and HSPU as high as you can.

Notes:  Get better at cycling through multiple Push Jerks at light load to moderate loads.

Notes:  Go all out on the A.D. for 10 seconds, then run across gym and compete max Burpees in the remainder of the minute.

2a. 5×6-8 Split Squats (ea leg), rest :10

Notes:  Build as you go on the Split Squats.  Add weight to low back on Planks if necessary.

1b. 3xME Strict Close Grip Pull Ups @ 31X3, rest :60

Notes:  For Lunges, take bar out of rack and do 6 in the Front Rack, then push press the bar to your back for 10 more, then re-rack.  For the Pull Ups, grip the bar so when your thumbs are extended they touch (should be about 6″ apart).

2. EMOM x 10:

ODD: 8-10 Kipping HSPU
EVEN: 8-10 Kip Swings on Rings

In Teams of 4:

8mins:  Row for Meters

7mins:  AMRAP of 10 Thrusters & 10 Pull Ups

7mins: AMRAP of 5 HSPU & 5 Box Jumps

8mins:  Row for Meters

Notes:  During both 8mins on the Rower, all 4 teammates will takes turns to maximize the Meters rowed.  After the first Row, 2 athletes will tackle the Thrusters and Pull Ups for 7mins while the other 2 get after the HSPU and BJ.  At 7mins, they will switch.  After the second 7mins all 4 will return to the Rower.  During both 7min pieces your work will be done as follows: “A” does 10 Thrusters then “B” does 10 Thrusters, then “A” does 10 Pull Ups then “B” does 10 Pull Ups…that makes 1 round.

2. 13mins:  Heavy Single Split Jerk

3. 4min AMRAP: Sit Ups

Notes:  Each set on the Airdyne should be as hard as possible for :60 (this will look different than a :30 effort or a 5min effort).  Your scores will most likely decline each set…that’ okay, go hard each set.  During Split Jerk focus on fast feet and good lockout.  Record total Sit Ups.
