0-3mins, 2 Rounds of:
10 Overhead Squats 95/65
10 C2B Pull Ups
3-6mins, 2 Rounds of:
12 Overhead Squats 95/65
12 C2B Pull Ups
6-9mins, 2 Rounds of:
14 Overhead Squats 95/65
14 C2B Pull Ups
Continue in this pattern until unable to complete 2 rounds.
Please remember to come early enough to warm yourself up before your heat time begins. Also, we will need judges, so we encourage you to stay late to help out.

From 9-10am we will have Open Gym for all Non-Competing athletes.
