Notes:  During the first part, alternate between Burpees and KBS every other interval.


Competitor’s Program

1. Every :30 x 10mins:  1 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk

Notes:  Stay fast and practice a TnG Push Jerk from the Clean.  No heavier than 165.

2. 3mins on/ 3mins off x 3:

10 Thrusters
10 T2B
10 Double Unders

Notes:  Thruster weight goes down each interval… 115, 95, 75.  Record rounds and reps for each.
