Max Rounds of “Cindy”

Notes:  1 Round of “Cindy” = 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats.  While one person is doing a round of “Cindy”, the other person is riding the Airdyne.


Competitor’s Program

1. Every 2mins x4: 200m Run + 10 KB Swings 32kg

2. Every 3mins x4: 300m Run + 15 Wall Balls

3. Every 4mins x4: 400m Run + 20 Toes 2 Rings

Notes: 200m = Down and Back.  300m = Down, Back, half-way down and back.  400m = Down and Back x2.  There is no “rest” between parts.
