In 20mins Complete (teams of 2):

14 Rounds:
5 Push Ups
10 Lunges
15 KB Deadlifts
20 Russian Twists
Max distance on Airdyne in remaining time

Notes:  “I do a round, you do a round” until all 14 rounds are complete.  With time remaining get as far as possible on the Airdyne with only one person working at a time.

Competitor’s Program

1. 7×5 Back Squat, rest 2mins

Notes:  Build so last 2-3 sets are tough.

2. :90/:90 x6 @ 80-90%:
10 Row Calories
10 Wall Balls
Max Burpees w/time remaining

Notes:  Record Burpees for each round, goal is a hard buy consistent effort.
