Notes:  Record weight for Farmers Carry and total Airdyne Calories.  Choose a weight for FC that can be done the entire :80 each time.

1. 10mins:  3-Rep TnG Hang Clean – build to tough set

2. Every :75 x 5 sets: 5 TnG Power Clean & Push Jerks

Notes:  Start at 105/75 and add 10lbs each set (only add if last set was TnG and felt smooth).  Looking to TnG at ground and shoulders.

3. 10mins:  2k Row + Max Muscle Ups w/ remaining time

Notes:  Record Row time and total makes and misses.
