*1 partner works on couplet, the other rides the bike.  Switch every 2mins, so each person does the couplet 3 times.

2. Every 2mins x6 (12mins):

4 Push Ups
8 T2B
*1 partner works on couplet, the other rides the rows.  Switch every 2mins, so each person does the couplet 3 times.
