2mins: Bench Press

*Begin every 2min piece with 5 PERFECT Air Squats

Notes:  A lot of these movements are “new” so take the time to play around with them, not so much focused on how many reps are completed.

1. Front Squat: 3-3-3, rest 2mins – build so last set is tough but not a max

2. Power Snatch: 3×1.1, rest :10, rest 2mins – moderate weight

3. 3 Sets @ 80%:

500m Row, rest/walk 2mins

4. 1x :60 Airdyne @ 97% for max Calories
