In 3mins Complete: 2 Rounds of 10 Overhead Squats 115/75 + 10 C2B Pull Ups – if completed move on to the next..

In 3mins Complete: 2 Rounds of 12 Overhead Squats 115/75 + 12 C2B Pull Ups – if completed move on to the next..

In 3mins Complete: 2 Rounds of 14 Overhead Squats 115/75 + 14 C2B Pull Ups – if completed move on to the next..

In 3mins Complete: 2 Rounds of 16 Overhead Squats 115/75 + 16 C2B Pull Ups – if completed move on to the next..

For the CFR Open we are capping everyone at the rounds of 16 reps.  If multiple people in a group finish the 16’s the tie break will be time completed.
