Odd: :45 Bike
Even: :30 Sit Ups

2. Every :90 x 10 Sets (Alternate each set)

Odd Sets: 200m Run
Even Sets: 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats


Competitor’s Program

1. 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Power Snatch – 12mins to build to heavy set

2. 4×2 Snatch Grip Deadlift, 21X1 @ 105%-120% of 1RM Snatch, rest :90

3. 3 Sets:

4mins: 400m Run + 15 Burpees + Airdyne for remaining time
4mins: Walk/Rest

4. 10mins: Muscle Up Tech Work
