Competitor’s Program

1. 15×1: Power Snatch @ 55-65% – begin a set every :30

2. 5×1.1.1 Snatch Pull, rest :10, rest 2mins – 105%-120% 1RM Snatch

3. 4 Rounds at 80%:

800m Run
20 Burpee Step Up and Overs 24/20
**Rest 4mins b/w rounds 2 & 3

4. Accumulate 5mins in bottom of a Goblet Squat – 12kg
