1. Hang Power Clean – build to tough double in 10mins

2. 3×5-6 Press, 31X2, rest as needed *use a band on both ends to hang a KB or DB

3. 5 Rounds @ 80%:

100m Sled Drag @ 50% of Bodyweight
6 Burpee C2B Pull Ups
40 Double Unders
