15min build to heavy Front squat or back squat
3. if fail 1 or 2
odd: box squat x 5 reps
even: shoulder taps x 15-20 reps
4. 7min workout
5 straight bar curls
10 v-ups
:20/:20 SA OH or Front rack hold
