Team workout
1.test leg lowering
2.test side plank
3.if pass test tabata sit up
3. if fail 1 or 2
EMOMx4
6-10 strict sit ups
then WOD.
IF doing the OPEN then test leg lower and have them test side plank and if appropriate test tabata sit up
