3. if pass 1 and 2
test 8 rep split squat with bodyweight then wtd
    if fail 1 but pass split stance lunge
test 8 rep with bw and then wtd
    if fail 1 and 2
test max height step up 8 rep bw
4. For time 10min cap
50 wall ball
50 cal bike
50 cal row
