Do you have moments in your life when you feel you have hit your max. That life is just wearing on you. There are definitely times when I find myself in this very situation. I sometimes bite off more than I can chew.
Recently, I have hit a wall where I am struggling with the amount of life load I have. I am trying so hard to fit everything in but sometimes everything is just too much. I have let go of what is so important to me and I have lost site of some of my goals. Because this I have decided that I need to break down what is most important to me and again define my goals as Coach Jeremy and Vince always remind us.
It is time to reevaluate my life and get it back on track! I seem to just be overwhelmed. I just need to stop and breath. I need to find some inspiration to get back to the grind. I took some time to watch a few videos to help inspire me. That is when I came across this girl’s story and it immediately lightened my heart and sparked a flame in me. The girl I am referring to is MeiLIn McDonald. She suffered a severe concussion during a basketball game which drastically affected her life. MeiLin was given a difficult task to relearn how to live and function again. She turned this tragedy into motivation. She had to find inspiration everyday to keep going and progress to meet her goal of walking, talking, and training again. It is amazing what people are capable of. No matter what situation you are in right now you are capable of turning it around. Sometimes we are hit with hard situations in life and how we deal with them is what makes us grow. The hardest situations are what help build you up and make you a stronger person. Find something to inspire you everyday and never give up on your goals and dreams.
