Steve Fehlinger, 65, Recently Retired, Rochester Hills.

When did you start at Crossfit Reviver? :   01/02/2016

What is your athletic background?: Worked at a gym a couple of years while in college and took a weight lifting class in college as well. I did some moderate exercising over the years and eased into CrossFit in August 2013.

What is your favorite and least favorite WOD / movement?: Favorite is probably pull ups. Least favorite is running.

What is your greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related. : Personally, raising three great kids (2 sons pictured above, and 1 daughter not pictured). All of which are college grads, successful and they stay physically active. Professionally, I have two graduate degrees and in the last several years realized I had a knack for writing. I have several articles published in professional newsletters both here in Michigan and Illinois. Fitness-wise, I completed three Murph workouts! The last one was while in physical therapy for a frozen shoulder which is currently a work in progress.

Has CFR made you better? If yes, how so? : I was less informed about the importance of mobility before joining CFR. In fact it was one of the coaches at CFR, that pointed out that one arm did not flex at the elbow completely; I was completely unaware of this. After receiving some advice from a physical therapist, I have got the mobility almost where it should be.

What are your hobbies? : Fitness, nutrition, tennis, golf, biking and posting comments in the Wall Street Journal op-ed pages.

What are your Top 5 favorite movies? : Shawshank Redemption, Search for Red October, The first God Father movie, The Wizard of Oz (there is more to this), and Ghost.

What is one thing we don’t know about you?: I have almost always had a car with a manual trans. My first four cars had a manual trans. I bought a car for the kids and of course it had a stick, so two of the three know how to drive a car with a stick. I had a hot rod mustang by the time the third one cane around, which was a challenge and lost patience with the last one.

What are your goals in life? Personal, professional and fitness related. : Personal goals are to stay fit and spread the word on nutrition. Professionally, take full advantage of reaching retirement which includes being healthy enough to keep doing what I like to do for as long as possible. Last year at this time, I did 17 consecutive pull ups, so once my shoulder gets back to where it should be, my intermediate goal is to do 20 unbroken and one at 133% of my weight. Longer term, being able to do a muscle up would be cool!

When did you start at Crossfit Reviver?: 04/12/2016

What is your athletic background?: I usually workout on my own, go for a light run.

What is your favorite and least favorite WOD / movement?: My favorite movement is the Back Squat because I feel like I can really handle the weight. My least favorite..its hard to choose! I would say the Boat Pose because I can never stay still, and the BIKE!!

What is your greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related.: My greatest accomplishment is getting into nursing school, and now preparing to graduate in December. On the fitness side it would be committing to Reviver, and actually getting up to come.

Has CFR made you better? If yes, how so?: CFR has definitely made me better. I have learned so much about myself over this last year. I believe the most valuable way CFR has helped me is reminding me to focus on staying in my own lane. For me it became not only a rule for working out but in other areas of my life as well.

What are your hobbies?: I love to read sad love stories, write, and YouTube DIY projects that I’ll never start.

What are your Top 5 favorite movies?: The Prince of Egypt, Love and Basketball, The Longest Ride, Mulan, & Just Wright.

What is one thing we don’t know about you?: I have a blog. It’s an inspirational blog.

What are your goals in life? Personal, professional and fitness related.: My personal goal is to be an amazing wife, mother and nurse one day :). My professional goal is to be great at what I do, and not to become too familiar. My fitness related goal would be to become stronger. I would love to do strict pull ups.

What is your athletic background?: Played football and baseball in high school…….recreational sports all my life…….not very well.

What is your favorite and least favorite WOD / movement?: Least Favorite – Burpees Favorite – Dead Lift

What is your greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related. : Personal – Together with Eileen, raising 3 great kids (yes Molly as well). Professional – As a business leader, to be able to positively impact the lives of those that work for you. Fitness – I am in the best shape of my life.

Has CFR made you better? If yes, how so?: YES. The camaraderie of the entire CFR family combined with the professional approach to crossfit instruction, has provided me the best opportunity to exceed all expectations in regards to my fitness goals.

What are your hobbies?: Golf, piano, guitar.

What are your Top 5 favorite movies?: Mr.Holland’s Opus, Road House, Body Heat, Face/Off and Top Gun

What is one thing we don’t know about you?: Have acted in numerous community theater productions. Musicals, dramas and comedies.

What are your goals in life? Personal, professional and fitness related.: Personal – Have a positive influence on my grandchildren. Professional – Continue to challenge myself intellectually while having a positive impact on the next generation workforce. Fitness – Continue to “raise the bar” in regards to my fitness expectations.

Eileen Fisher, 63, Domestic goddess, Auburn Hills

What is your athletic background?: I was raised with 4 brothers in a very competitive active family. Never specialized in any sport but have participated in ALMOST everything!

What is your favorite and least favorite WOD / movement?: I really enjoy the partner workouts on Saturdays at CFR. I DO NOT RUN!!!!

What is your greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related.: Raising 3 active, happy, and independent children. Being married for 40+ years. Completed MURPH at age 62 (modified, of course). Qualified for USTA National tournament with my tennis team in 2008!

Has CFR made you better? If yes, how so?: YES. Crossfit training has helped me focus on GOOD FORM when exercising which I hope leads to being able to stay active, competitive, and pain-free as I age.

What are your hobbies?: Tennis, golf, skiing, swimming, walking, biking, ….anything active..(.you get the idea)….. knitting, movies

What is one thing we don’t know about you?: I can drink a beer off my forehead WITHOUT using my hands!

What are your goals in life? Personal, professional and fitness related.: Keep Chuck working and happy for 40 more years. Reflecting God’s joy and love. Helping my grandchildren grow up healthy, happy, and independent. STAYING ACTIVE. Making it back to another USTA National tournament.

Earl Han, 32, Clarkston, Orthopedic Surgery Resident.

When did you start at Crossfit Reviver? –     02/01/2013

What is your athletic background? –   Track & Field / Cross Country in HS. Marathon running & weight training throughout college & medical school. Once residency began, I wanted to supplement my running by doing Crossfit, to help me advance in multi-endurance sports. I have been with the CFR group ever since.

What is your favorite and least favorite WOD / movement?  –  My least favorite is the assault bike…hate that thing. My favorite movement is an old fashioned pull up. Classic move, clear benefit to daily life, should one ever be hanging moments from death. I also like power cleans, because it is a complex movement that benefits all parts of the body. If you don’t have a lot of time to work out, just do power cleans.

What is your greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related.  – My greatest personal accomplishment is marrying my wife. I must’ve fooled her good! Professionally: Still working on it. Fitness related: Winning my high school freshman/sophomore 5K championships; Completing a 50mi ultramarathon

Has CFR made you better? If yes, how so?  – Of course it has. It has helped me continue to stay motivated, to push myself to perform my absolute best at every single work out. It has helped me to network in the community. It also has helped me professionally as I take closer consideration into the various injuries that crossfitters are prone to. My experience has helped me to further understand and connect with my patients.

What are your hobbies?  – Cycling, hiking, trail running with my dogs. Working on my car in the garage – helps me to relax and think.

What are your Top 5 favorite movies?  – Ace Ventura, Wedding Crashers, Gladiator, LOTR, any SW movies.

What is one thing we don’t know about you? – I am going to be a dad! (September 2017)

What are your goals in life? Personal, professional and fitness related.  – Fitness related:  I would like to be a better swimmer.  Personal: Be a better son & continue to remain close with the family. Professional: Be a better listener. Practice efficient, high quality orthopedics & be resourceful.

Danielle Baljet, 26, Rochester Hills, Registered Nurse

When did you start at Crossfit Reviver? :     10/29/2013

What is your athletic background?: I’ve dabbled in a few sports over the years. Soccer, track, and tennis in middle school/high school. These days I love to golf, rollerblade, swim, and ski.

What is your favorite and least favorite WOD / movement?:  This is a tricky question. I don’t love burpees or box jumps, but I like doing them because they work so many different muscles and make me feel good afterwards. Hahaha, I tried doing hurdles in track one season and I think that’s when I realized jumping and thinking at the same time wasn’t my strong suit. I also hate wall walks because I always fall over and crash to the ground at the end, which apparently isn’t the correct way to do them. I LOVE running and cleans!

What is your greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related. :  Oooo, greatest personal/professional accomplishment for me these days is graduating from nursing school and passing the NCLEX, making me a licensed registered nurse! Greatest fitness accomplishment would have to be doing Murph every year after almost dying during my first Murph.

Has CFR made you better? If yes, how so? :  Oh, absolutely! I used to go to the YMCA everyday and do my own workouts (which were almost the same everyday). CFR has made me step out of my comfort zone and do things I never would have tried at my old gym. AND the people here make me smile 🙂

What are your hobbies? :  I love camping, ice cream, hiking up mountains, cake, margaritas, playing board games, nacho cheese doritos, kitties, biking to sagebrush for margaritas and quesadillas, running, doing puzzles, and lots of other things.

What are your Top 5 favorite movies? :  Anything DISNEY! Harry Potter, the Italian Job, The Shawshank Redemption, Green Street Hooligans, She’s the Man, and Fight Club.

What is one thing we don’t know about you?:  I have two sisters and they are my BEST friends!

What are your goals in life? Personal, professional and fitness related. :  Personal- start eating healthier now that school stress is over! Professional- I guess find a nursing job Fitness- just to keep on, keepin’ on! (maybe learn how to set real goals for myself..)

Patrick Bell, 37, Construction Project Manager, Rochester Hills.

When did you start at Crossfit Reviver?  03/01/2015

What is your athletic background?  I played sports from a very young age baseball, basketball, football, soccer, track. By highschool I realized I was terrible at all sports except one, football. I spent high school playing football and lifting weights, I loved it. I had a full ride to play at a very small college, much to my fathers dismay I went to Michigan State instead and took up a decade of booze, drugs, and cigarettes. This caught up to me in my early 30s physically and even more mentally. I began running, weight lifting, floor hockey, basketball about 7 years ago and soon recovered that ten years of damage. 2 years ago I tried crossfit and have been in love ever since.

What is your favorite and least favorite WOD / movement?  I love power cleans. I just love the movement, it is challenging and the more I do the more I learn/realize the technique over strength. I hate front squats. I don’t mind the squats, but I was born with a rare condition called “baby wrist syndrome” also known as BWS. Front squats make my baby wrists hurt, and have also condemned me to shopping in the kids department for watches, it is embarrassing to wear a Pokemon watch when you are 37.

What is your greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related.   My greatest personal accomplishment is my beautiful little girls, Vivienne and Samantha. I love being a father. Those girls give me so much love and laughter. They have me wrapped around their little fingers, and I love every moment. Professionally, I could not be any happier. I have been buidling things since I was a little kid, my first job was at a lumberyard, I designed and built my first home by 19, and now I get to manage some of the largest construction projects in the country. Construction has always been my passion. I climbed quickly, and am now mentoring multiple young engineers/managers as they develop their careers and I find it even more rewarding. A decade of unhealthy habits, the stress of climbing the corporate ladder, and raising a family brought me into a debilitating state of anxiety and depression about 7 years ago. Fitness is the outlet for me to relieve life’s stresses. (Happy Body/Happy Mind)I am mentally stronger now than I have ever been.

Has CFR made you better? If yes, how so?   Before CFR I only had 2 friends, now I have at least 4. It has absolutely made me better, I did ok working out alone to P90 and running etc. But CFR has taken me to the next level. I travel alot for work, and it is great to be able to go to other crossfits around the country. With all honesty I have not found coaching at the level that Vince, Jeremy, and Sam bring to CFR! So appreciate it!

What are your hobbies?  I love DIY, I do everything from building furniture, to gardens, to my latest project of making my home solar powered (nerd I know). I love traveling, I go all over the US causing trouble, last summer I backpacked Europe alone for ten days, and am planning this summers european adventure. I also love guns and cars.

What are your Top 5 favorite movies?  Interstellar, Saving Private Ryan, Forrest Gump, Stepbrothers, Dances with Wolves

What is one thing we don’t know about you?    I am a farm boy. I grew up on a farm in Metamora. I started driving tractors at 12, and fed the cows everyday. My family is all still there and I love to be in the country.

What are your goals in life? Personal, professional and fitness related.  My personal goals #1 is be the best father I can be. Other than that I want to visit everywhere, try everything, just constantly chase the crazy ass dreams and ideas I have. When I die, I don’t want any regrets of something I didn’t try or do. Professionally I would love to work on a suspension bridge or a mega skyscraper…those things really push the limits of engineering and construction. On a smaller scale I want to build myself a net-zero home. (A home that produces more energy than it uses). Fitness, I just want to keep improving. I would love to be Level 6 at everything. I know there is no Level 6, I just invented it.

Jessica Wood, 29, Special Education Teachers of Students with Autism, Royal Oak

When did you start at Crossfit Reviver?:  09/01/2015

What is your athletic background?:  Growing up I was always pretty athletic. Played soccer through middle school and high school. (was also a cheerleader, does that count?) Once I graduated high school I started running and became obsessed. Running has always been one of my favorite things to do!

What is your favorite and least favorite WOD / movement?:  Am I crazy for liking burpees..? Oh yeah, handstands… handstands are a great time. I always like the workouts that make you feel like you’re either going to literally die during the workout or where you can’t move for a few minutes afterwards. I like high intensity where I have the chance to challenge myself. I’ve been starting to really enjoy working on Olympic lifts as well. My least favorite thing on earth is that bike, kills me every time.

What is your greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related:  Personally, I would have to say being a mom to my 5 year old son Bronx. I always strive to set a positive example for him on the importance of being healthy and taking care of yourself. I want him to see that even though I’m his mom, I am strong and work hard no matter what obstacles life throws our way. Professionally, I have been continuously working hard on furthering my career. Completing my Master of Arts in Special Education was a major accomplishment for myself. Having the opportunity to work with students with autism every day can be challenging but extremely rewarding at the same time. Fitness related, I have made many accomplishments that I’m proud of! I’ve ran about 15 half marathons, 2 full marathons and went through the intensity of training for a 50 mile ultra marathon (which unfortunately, I ended up not running). I like to take on challenges to push myself physically. Joining Crossfit Reviver has challenged me in ways that I never thought possible. I never imagined that I could do the things I am able to do now. It’s amazing to me how hard work and time pays off. I would have never thought in a million years that I would be able to deadlift 200 pounds or do a handstand walk for 25 feet. So many fun things!

Has CFR made you better? If yes, how so?:  Absolutely!! I cannot express how much CFR has changed my life. Prior to joining I was heavy and was in a very dark place. After I joined I changed my nutrition and started setting goals for myself. Not only have I lost all of my excess weight (even have little nugget muscles now) but my overall sense of well-being has improved as well. I have met some amazing people (pop,lock and squat it crew) and lifelong friends who really push me and have been so supportive. I am a million times happier and healthier than I’ve ever been before! I never realized how having an amazing community of people could have such a positive impact on my life and working out. Lots of amazing people! Yay!

What are your hobbies?:  I love to run and count that as a hobby. Being a mommy to Bronx. I enjoy reading and drinking coffee. I love reading anything history related. I enjoy reading research in autism. I have a subscription to the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis…always a good read. I absolutely love to cook and bake. If I could bake cupcakes every single day I would. Unicorns and glitter are also a hobby of mine.(of course)

What are your Top 5 favorite movies?:  Oh my, top 5 favorite movies? Let’s see Fight Club, Stupid Crazy Love, Dumbo, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, and Sex and The City. (although I like many many more movies)

What is one thing we don’t know about you?:  One thing…? I have a massive collection of tutus in almost every single color. You never know when life calls for a tutu. oh and I have a ton of glitter too… like sooo much glitter, A LOT.

What are your goals in life? Personal, professional and fitness related:  Personally, one goal I always have for myself is to always make sure I put other people before myself. Doing things for others and being a person that anyone can confide in and talk to will always be a goal for myself. I like to make people laugh and make it okay to be weird and quirky no matter what the situation. I hope to make a positive impact on at least one person before I die one day. Life is just super fun! People tend to focus so much on negative things in our world today and taking time to spread some love and goodness (and glitter) is so very important to me. Professionally, I have a lot more school in my future. I plan on going back to school next fall to work towards a second Masters in Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis. I plan on becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and work with individuals with autism. Within the next 10 years I plan on working on my Doctorate too! One day, I’d like to own a private outreach program that provides underprivileged and low-income individuals with autism and their families with advocacy services, ABA services and community help as well. There aren’t enough resources for low-income families with autism and I want to be able to provide the best services available no matter what financial circumstances a family may be in. My heart will always be in the world of autism. Fitness related goal for myself, well I want to continue to improve my overall health and push myself. With the start of a new year, I am dedicated and focused on setting short-term and long-term goals. I am excited to see where I physically take myself this next year. I love a good challenge!! Yay!

Athlete of The Month – December 2016


Laura Dyszynski, 30, E-Commerce Team Lead, Creative + Content, Rochester Hills.

What is your athletic background? Soccer and track throughout middle and high school.  100% running.  Ironic, yeah?  Skipped 10 years and wound up at CrossFit.

What is your favorite and least favorite WOD / movement?  Favorite: Olympic Lifting, be still my heart. Least: All things cardio (revisit above irony).  Also Inch Worms.

What is your greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related.  “If you were born without wings, do nothing to prevent them from growing.” -Coco Chanel

Has CFR made you better? If yes, how so?  Total couch-potato to whole new lifestyle.  Didn’t know where to start, so I just did.  In the last nearly two years, I have learned countless movements, fell hard for the barbell, currently working through nutrition coaching, and am filled with a passion and drive that I had been missing for a decade.  Thankful for the support and community at CFR, without that.. Safe to say I would be sleeping through my usual early morning class.

What are your hobbies?  Re-connecting with photography as art vs. a profession.  I call this: Life After Wedding Photography.  I enjoy learning.  Borderline obsessed with several animals.  I have camped in a great many places. Lots of video games.  All things Mid-century Modern, Scandinavian, weird tattoos, and the desert.

What are your Top 5 favorite movies?  Goodfellas, everything Hayao Miyazaki, Sabrina (1954), Fantastic Mr. Fox, and The Great Dictator.

What is one thing we don’t know about you?  Once upon a time I played drums in a punk rock band.

What are your goals in life? Personal, professional and fitness related.  Personal: To hug a sloth.  Professional: To mix business and creative while maintaining happiness.   Fitness: Be in a better place physically and mentally in my thirties than my twenties.

Brittney – 

When did you start at Crossfit Reviver: 08/01/2014

What is your athletic background? I grew up playing soccer, volleyball, basketball, softball, and track, but come high school I stuck with volleyball and basketball as my two main sports. I came from a basketball family, so I played year round with my parents as my coaches. I also played 1 year of college basketball.

What is your favorite and least favorite WOD/movement? My favorite movements would have to be back and front squats, as well as cleans (which I am ready to start again once I have this baby!). Least favorite has to be burpees and, quite honestly, I am not one bit bummed that I have to modify them right now throughout this pregnancy.

What is your greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional, and fitness related: Personally, I would say marrying my best friend, Kyle, and preparing to start our family together. I am so blessed by him and never imagined I would have married a United States Marine, but this life of ours and moving every couple years has been something that I never could have envisioned for myself. We have lived in some wonderful places (Hawaii!) and have met some wonderful people (CFR peeps!). Professionally, I would say being able to find a job in some sort of teaching capacity wherever we move. Kyle and I had discussed that my professional career would take a hit if we chose for him to stay in the USMC. As much as I would love to have my own classroom (ideal grade would be 3rd, 4th or 5th), I have had the opportunity to be a substitute teacher, a full time sub for a year in a 1st grade classroom, and working at a before/after school care program. And my greatest fitness accomplishment would probably have to have been completing MURPH (2015)…can’t wait till my modifications become less and less throughout the years to come!

Has CFR made you better?  If yes, how so? Yes! In high school, my sister and I had a zero period that was weightlifting. We were the only females and the rest of the class was basically the football team and the teacher was the football coach. We were “taught” how to do some lifts (back squats, deadlifts, cleans, press, push press), but I never felt comfortable doing them. But since joining CFR, I can say that I am so much more confident when it comes to olympic lifts because Vince and J do such a good job at explaining and training us to do them correctly. Along with the coaching, I love the atmosphere and people who are a part of the CFR family that make going to the “gym” so much more enjoyable.

What are your hobbies? Is hanging out with my dog, Teddy, a hobby? If so, then he is a hobby of mine. I love to read and I will read anything from Harry Potter to Girl on the Train to Game of Thrones to Redeeming Love. Scrapbooking, but not traditional scrapbooking. It’s called Project Life. Look it up! I used to use physical photos/pretty cards, but now I am using the app to get our photos/memories into albums. If you can’t tell, I am passionate about pictures and memories and preserving them in albums. DISNEY! I ask Kyle, “When can we go to Disney?”, AT LEAST 2-3 times a month. He just shakes his head at me. Disney is SO magical and I pray we get stationed in San Diego one day so we can get an annual pass. And my all time favorite hobby is probably having a lazy day just sitting on the couch with Kyle and watching Netflix…we’ll see how many of those days we get after baby girl comes!

What are you Top 5 favorite movies? I’m gonna be a rebel and put movies AND shows. Movies: Just Go With It (This Adam Sandler/Jennifer Aniston movie is always on the table for Kyle and I when we are deciding what to watch), Love Actually, Harry Potter Series, and any Disney movie. TV Shows: Dexter and How I Met Your Mother

What is one thing we don’t know about you? Two things about my parents: My dad was my high school social studies teacher (freshman and sophomore year) and I was his TA (junior and senior year) because he’s awesome and really was the “cool” teacher. He was also my head varsity basketball coach and my mom was his assistant. My sophomore year I was a starter with my sister (who was a senior) and my parents led us to the State Championships where we won 4th. Even though we didn’t win 1st, that is one of my most favorite and cherished moments with my family.

What are your goals in life? Personal, professional, and fitness related: My personal goals in life are to keep growing in my faith and relationship with the Lord, be the best wife, mom, and friend…someone people will remember for being loving, kind, generous, and serving. Professionally, I hope to bring my teaching skills into the home as I stay home with our future children. And one day I hope to either get back into the classroom when we finish having kids and they are all school-aged or I hope to work within the USMC in a civilian capacity, like a FRO (Family Readiness Officer). A FRO is hired as a part of a company and they deal with all the issues/concerns of the families of the servicemember. My fitness goals are to continue to get back into the shape I was in prior to getting pregnant, if not better! I want to continue to do CrossFit and lifting heavy!

What is your athletic background? Played cricket in high school, participated in soccer practices during summer vacations. Walked in 2.5 feet of snow and braving “feels like 24F” gusts of wind while studying at Michigan Tech (It’s a UP thing)
What is your favorite and least favorite WOD / movement? I am inclined to give equal justice to sit ups and back squats. I love them both. Least fav would be burpees. Heck, I am still not able to figure out the breathing rhythm while doing them. I wanted to practice them and coincidentally August became the month to nail them.
What is your greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related. Personally, I was able to take care of my body and reduce the negative effects caused due to smoking and alcohol. I became more outgoing, improving relations with near and far off members of my family. I was able to survive the weather shock of seeing ice cubes only in freezer (back in India) as compared with the snow (In Houghton, MI) and culture shock seeing people drink water with ice in winter ( I am still yet to understand the logic). Professionally, I switched jobs and got the job which I had dreamed of as my next goal in line benchmarking the dream route. I have realized that being fit does not have to be inside the gym only and it can be branched to different aspects of life.
Has CFR made you better? If yes, how so? I was able to get my life in order and arrange my priorities. Starting with the food intake, amount and quality of sleep, listening to motivating speeches/music, keeping cool all the time. These are just the tip of the iceberg. Since I have joined CFR I have tried to wake up at 4:50 am everyday and start my day. This has tremendously helped me to schedule the rest of the day and hit gym early if possible. I travelled to India last April and changed 11 flights in a span of 7 days which was a miracle for me without falling sick. All of this was result of good body conditioning practice. About the group of people I meet everyday, I cannot be more thankful for their company. The positive vibes this box gives me is no less than a addiction. Starting from day one every coach has been supportive, patient and observant. This has saved a lot of people many hospital visits. I was totally brainwashed with the negative publicity about CrossFitters before joining CFR. The simple gesture of saying hello while walking in makes this a special place for me. The constant remainder of “devil lies in the details” is an everyday experience no matter how simple the workout presents itself.
What are your hobbies? Fishing, bowling, watching good movies … I would love to fish all day long if given the option.

What is one thing we don’t know about you? Switched jobs about 3 months ago and travel to Dearborn every single day. 60 miles in total on I-75 takes its toll on me. But I am still managing my time juggling between family, gym and professional life. Also I have a earthworm nest in my house (approx 600) which i use to recycle the green waste generated from my kitchen. I am a big fan of recycling and compost preparation.
What are your goals in life? Personal, professional and fitness related. This is a very open ended question so i would like to divide them. Professionally, I want to be in such a position where I can go back to my hometown for work where money will not be compromised much. Maintaining good relations with family and friends are top priority. In terms of health, I would like to continue my present schedule of paleo intake along with regular workout. Need to build more muscle mass going forward. Also need to complete my first Murph next year.
