Since joining CFR, I’ve lost 16 lbs in 5 months, 14 inches, gained full body strength, achieved my 1st strict pull up, ran my fastest mile ever, improved my energy and gained better eating habits. I’m in great shape, I feel better about myself and I look great!

I would recommend CrossFit Reviver to anyone. The coaches are knowledgeable, inspirational, always learning, role models. The community is filled with awesome people who are very motivating and welcoming.

I signed up for Nutrition Coaching because I needed additional help to lose weight and feel better about myself. I was stuck and didn’t know how to lose weight on my own. However, I wasn’t just looking to go on a diet, I knew I needed to make a serious lifestyle change.

Coach Vince had me keep track of what I ate each day and how it made me feel (physically and emotionally). Once I got used to that, he taught me how to keep track of my grams of carbohydrates and grams of fat (which was SO much easier than I thought).

Each session we would discuss how my week went and he would make adjustments to my nutritional intake based on my level of hunger, level of energy, and my results. I was losing anywhere from 0.4-1.25 lbs a week. In 4 months I lost a total of 16 lbs and 14 total inches. Not only was the number on the scale decreasing but I felt like a new person! I had more energy during the day and during my workouts, my attitude improved, and so did my self-confidence. My clothes started fitting better and people were starting to notice my hard work. It felt great!

I would absolutely recommend CFR Nutrition Coaching to someone else! First and foremost, because it WORKS! The program offered so much more than I ever expected. I originally wanted to do the nutrition coaching to just lose weight but with each one on one session with Coach Vince I learned more about my strengths, my weaknesses, my habits, and most importantly more about myself!
