Athletic background? Track, Cross Country, Wrestling.
Favorite and least favorite WOD / movement? Favorite: Murph, Nate, and Olympic Lifts. Least Favorite WOD: any workout paired with Burpees.
Greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related? Personal: Obtaining my paramedic license. Professional: Being able to contribute to help saving people’s lives in an emergency. Fitness: Running half marathons, striving to complete a full (somewhere down the road) and getting better at CrossFit in all aspects.
Has CFR made you better? If so, how? Yes, CrossFit has made me better in various aspects. I have improved on my running times in any type of race I have ran. Has taught me how to pace or plan for various workouts. I have been in the best shape of my life so far from CrossFit. Has taught me how to push passed various failing points in workouts and get through some of the crappy parts to finish.
What are your hobbies? Running, relaxing/napping, enjoying time with my dogs, Tiger games, traveling, conoe-ing and camping, Starbuck mug collecting, drinking/enjoying a good quality juice box, wood working with pallet wood, applying vigorous amounts of chapstick to my lips when at the gym.

What is one thing we don’t know about you? My obsession of collecting Starbucks mugs from various cities. Collecting autographed sports memorabilia for my man cave.
What are your goals in life? Personal, professional and fitness related? Personal: Running and completing a full marathon, visiting all the MLB stadiums. Professional: Obtaining my certification for Cath Lab Tech and going on from there for school and work.
