Athletic background? None. I was a computer geek!

Favorite and least favorite WOD / movement? Favorite: Watching Dave try to do air squats. Least Favorite: Ring Dips.

Greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related? Taking time to travel the world, starting my own business, and making the decision to join CFR (with a little push from Dave).

Has CFR made you better? If so, how? Of course! Jeremy, Vince and all the members at CFR create such a great atmosphere and are so supportive you can’t help but become a better person both physically and mentally.

What are your hobbies? Hanging with my family, watching baseball and eating lunch with Dave.

Top 5 favorite TV movies? Fletch, Bourne Trilogy, Red Dawn (the original), all things Star Trek.

What is one thing we don’t know about you? I met my South African wife in Australia.

What are your goals in life? Personal, professional and fitness related? Spend as much time as possible with my family and friends.

Athletic background? High School Swimming and Baseball.

Favorite and least favorite WOD / movement? Favorite: Pull Ups and Push Ups. Least Favorite: Snatch.

Greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related? Raising two seemingly normal teen age daughters / running my first and only marathon (hated every minute but finished).

Has CFR made you better? If so, how? CFR has definitely made me better. I have a better understanding of the mechanics needed to stay healthy while working out at a fast pace.

What are your hobbies? Boating, skiing, playing bad golf.

Top 5 favorite TV movies? Shawshank Redemption, Godfather 1&2, Caddyshack, Stripes.

What is one thing we don’t know about you? I love dogs.

What are your goals in life? Personal, professional and fitness related? Continue my professional course as is, continue to improve as a father to my daughters, keep improving at CrossFit, sub 42 minute Murph.
