When did you start at Crossfit Reviver?: 12/03/2015
What is your athletic background?: I used to play Cricket and Soccer for my school.
What is your favorite and least favorite WOD / movement?: Cindy is my favorite WOD. Last year for the first time I did MURPH. I practiced a lot to complete the MURPH in time and I did. So, I do have a special liking for Cindy. I don’t like the front squat and workouts similar to squats such as cleans because my arm extension is bad.
What is your greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related: My greatest personal accomplishment is having a great family from whom I learned to be a good human being. Also, to have some wonderful people around me like my friends and girlfriend who inspire me to be better in all respect. Professionally, being appreciated for my work is inspirational and it makes me work harder. I love my work too, which helps me become better at what I do. I love to be busy so, I always consider myself lucky to have enough work all the time. I also like learning new things, which inspires me to challenge myself in life. Fitness is now an integral part my life. I have never taken fitness so seriously. I am glad that am part of CFR where I learn the value of fitness in life.
Has CFR made you better? If yes, how so?: Before CFR I was doing CrossFit, but I have never seen coaches being so attentive and so careful about what people are doing in the classes. Joining CFR was one of the greatest decisions in my life, this totally changed my view towards fitness. I consider myself so lucky to have Jeremy, Vince, and Sammie as coaches. They always encourage me to push myself to take me to the next level. At the same time, they always emphasize POSTURE and the correct way of doing the exercises (It’s especially hard to go unnoticed in Sammie’s class if you are doing something wrong :p). CFR is having such a friendly environment that everybody will appreciate you, corrects you whenever you do something wrong, and also inspires you to push yourself.
What are your hobbies?: Watching movies, Hiking, Watching sports and Traveling.
What are your Top 5 favorite movies?: IronMan, Fast and Furious, Hangover, How to lose a guy in ten days, Transporter
What is one thing we don’t know about you?: I love to take pictures.
What are your goals in life? Personal, professional and fitness related: My personal goal is to be a good human being, to take care of my family, to visit all the places in India and different countries, and to live my life to the fullest. Professionally, I want to keep improving myself so that I will become an expert in my field of work. Fitness, I would love to be more athletic and fit than what I am today
