Start date at CrossFit Reviver? January 2015

Athletic background? Weight lifting, spinning classes, and aerobics. I starting going to the gym to support my older sister. She wanted to lose weight because she did not like the way she looked so we signed up at a gym and both starting training with a trainer who had won Mr. Mexico we loved the results.

Favorite and least favorite WOD / movement? Favorites – Back squats, deadlifts and I like the conditioning workouts. Least favorite – push-ups and Airdyne.

Greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related? Personal – been able to speak a second language. Professional – Getting a job in a different country and keep my job for 7 years. So happy with my actual job I can’t ask for a better team and boss.. Fitness – Finishing Murph my first try.

Has CFR made you better? If so, how? Yes, I am in better shape, stronger (I can do two regular push-ups), have more energy, and most important I am motivated thanks to Jeremy and Vince. Also I have a better idea of how to eat healthier and eat things that are better for me.

What are your hobbies? Shopping!

Top 5 favorite movies? Unbroken, Dear John, Benjamin Button, The Blindside, The Notebook, and most scary movies..

What is one thing we don’t know about you? I’m deathly scared of frogs.

What are your goals in life? Personal, professional and fitness related? Personal – To inspire my family and make them proud of my accomplishments. Professional – To continue to move up in my company learning about the automotive leather process. Fitness – Continue to improve at the gym (get a handstand push-up and do better at Murph this year) and continue learning how to stay healthy.
