Feel Good Now

Do you need an excuse to feel good? Do you need an excuse to feel bad? Most people need an excuse to feel good but don’t need an excuse to feel bad. Why is that? Tony Robbins challenges you in this video to have no excuses to feel good. Have you ever tried smiling when you don’t want to be sad anymore?  Have you ever jumped up and down in excitement when feeling tired?  Have you ever tried fake-laughing (funny clip about fake laughing, fast forward to 4:30 in the video…I guarantee you will be real-laughing after you watch it) when you need to change your poor attitude? Just these simple changes to your facial position or body can completely change your attitude. If you don’t believe me try it yourself, fake laugh as loud as you can and see if it changes your mood. If you want a stronger core, you must do exercises that strengthen your core…if you want to be a happier person, you must do the things that make you a happier person.

I challenge you first thing in the morning to exercise on the thing you want to be better at…be happier, have more energy, be more positive, lower your stress, whatever it is you want to improve upon.
