The number of calories one should consume in a day to achieve their goals is a very common conversation I have. In this video I cover:

- What makes up the number of calories you burn in a day

- What factors cause that number to go up or down

- How to figure out the number of calories YOU burn in a day

- How many calories you should consume to accomplish your goal

When talking about diet and exercise we have to remember that although there are principles that apply to most everyone, we all have some unique characteristics to consider. What works for one, will not always work for all.
