When did you start at CrossFit Reviver?: December 2016

What is your athletic background?: Played 12 years of organized baseball, various types of exercise programs over the years

What is your favorite and least favorite WOD/movement?: Fav - T2B or any core exercise, any type of chest movement. Least Fav - BEAR CRAWLS, BEAR CRAWLS, BEAR CRAWLS!

What is your great accomplishment? Personal, Professional, and Fitness related:: Never giving in or giving up, even when it would have been the easy thing to do - in my personal life, professional career and in the gym!

Has CFR made you better? If yes, how so?: Several ways. In the gym - strength. I don't feel like I was that out of shape prior to joining, but CFR has helped me develop strength in every area. In my personal life - I have met some of my very best friends in the gym. That's the reason why CFR is better than other gyms - the people.

What are your hobbies?: Golf, poker (or any card game), biking and not doing bear crawls. Love being with my family as much as possible.

What are your Top 5 favorite movies?: August Rush, The Shawshank Redemption, Gladiator, Grosse Pointe Blank, This is Where I Leave You

What is one thing we don’t know about you?: I was the singer in a punk rock band in college - played shows around town (including St. Andrews Hall).

What are your goals in life? Personal, Professional, and Fitness related:: Just to be the best person I know how to be. Wherever that takes me, it will take me.
