What is your athletic/fitness background?: I have always participated in some kind of fitness program but mostly on my own. In the past I have had gym membership with a large national chain but could not keep the commitment going. I have also been a member of a yoga studio for a short time but my work and travel schedule made it difficult to attend consistently. Most of my fitness routines have been on my own. I also run and have participated in several 1/2 marathons, 5 K and 10 K events. I play tennis, golf and I like to bike.
What is your favorite and least favorite workout/movement?: least favorite, Burpees of course! Most favorite is probably wall balls with squats.
What is your greatest accomplishment? Personal, professional and fitness related: My overall fitness has improved greatly since joining Reviver! I was able to complete my most recent 1/2 marathon injury free which it a huge accomplishment for me!
Has CFR made you better? If yes, how?: I have found that I like the commitment that comes with being part of a gym which is really more of a community. I now have specific fitness goals I have set for my self that I never really tried to do before, or commit to before.
What are your hobbies?: I play tennis and golf. I love to spend time outdoors, travel, take photos, spend time with family and friends.
What are your top 5 favorite movies?: This will take some thought as to my top favorite movies, however the most recent movies I saw that I really enjoyed were Bohemian Rhapsody and Rocket Man, Girl with the Dragon Tattoo...The movies I will watch over again are Sound of Music and Gone with the Wind.
What is one thing we don't know about you?: I'm not too keen on being in small enclosed spaces!
