Your exercise will have a profound impact on your health, body, and mind. But lets say you spend one hour in the gym per day, that leaves 23 hours for you to recover from your training and impact your results.
With our Lifestyle Coaching we will meet with you regularly to provide the necessary Guidance, Support, and Accountability in the areas of Nutrition, Sleep, and Stress Management.
Every person is unique, so the process looks different for each individual. But the overall goal of this coaching is to give you the tools you need to build daily habits and behaviors that will provide you with the results you're looking for. Because at the end of the day, you are an accumulation of the things you do and think on a regular basis. Therefore, if you're looking for a change in results, it must come from a change in your daily actions.
We had a female client, we'll call her Sally, who was following our Group Classes for 8 months, 3-4 days per week. Sally's primary goal was to lose 15-25lbs. She had lost about 10lbs during these 8 months but wasn't satisfied. After discussing her results, or lack thereof, we recommended Lifestyle Coaching - she gave it a try and after 3 months she had lost another 10lbs (totaling 20lbs lost in 11 months). Interestingly enough, she didn't workout more during that 3 month period, in fact, her attendance dropped slightly due to her schedule. But what she did do, is implement better nutrition habits (increased water consumption, more quality meats and veggies, less processed foods), improved her sleep patterns, and began managing her time better in order to decrease stress levels.
We've been coaching people for over 7 years and we've noticed something very important - those who work towards improving their entire lifestyle have profoundly better results than those who only focus on their exercise.
