The Best YOU membership is our way of giving you the best of both worlds; you get the fun, camaraderie, and support of group training combined with the individual guidance and accountability of personal coaching.

How it works…

  • Pick your attendance package: Unlimited or 13 / month

  • Pick your coach (or one will be assigned)

  • Work one-on-one with your coach for 30mins (or more if you choose) every month

  • Receive weekly Check-ins from your coach for added support and accountability

What’s the investment?

  • $216 per month with Unlimited classes

  • $188 per month with 13-classes per month

That’s $6-7 per day (the cost of a large drink at Starbucks) for a first class fitness experience along with a personal coach.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the one-on-one sessions like Personal Training?
Yes, and no. The monthly sessions are used to work on whatever YOU want work on. Some people want to get better with specific movements - so they get instruction from their coach. Others want to improve their nutrition habits - so they set up a plan with their coach. The sessions are to be used for whatever is going to get you closer to your goals

What if I don’t think I’m ready for a complete lifestyle makeover?
Who said anything about a lifestyle makeover? We are here to meet you where YOU are and help you achieve YOUR goals. If you wanna take it slow, that’s cool. If you’re ready to take major action, we can do that too. Think of us more as guides than drill sergeants - we’ll show you the way, give you support, answer your questions, but we’re not gonna TELL you what to do.

This seems like a big commitment, what if I start and then decide it’s not for me?
No worries - we get it, we’re not going to be the best fit for everyone, that’s just the way it goes. For this reason, you have 90-days to try out the program and if you’re not satisfied, you can stop on the spot.

Seriously you need to do it...You can get so much further with your health with the coaches guidance. It’s an eye opener and will change your life.
